Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in at 2pm and checkout at 12 noon
  • Valid ID required upon check-in (passport/government issued ID)
  • The basic rate is 750 per head all in boat round-trip, entrance fee, terminal fee, cottage, and Tawhai floating bar.
    Payable upon arrival at the Lakawon Cadiz viejo port.
  • We will be collecting a refundable incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 net per room upon check-in for any charges that may incur during your stay (Cash basis).
  • All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING based on Executive Order No. 26, effective July 22, 2017. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 net per night of stay shall be imposed if violated.
  • The hotel’s standard check-in time is from 2 PM onwards and standard check-out time is on or before 12NN. Earlier accommodation may be requested/arranged based on occupancy and availability.
  • Guests checking out prior to the registered departure date will be charged the remaining nights.
  • Kindly advise us of any food restrictions and/or allergies you may have so we can prepare meals to your requirements.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy/ Rebooking

For cancellation by guests:

  • Due to weather conditions at Lakawon Island resort, all confirmed reservations are non-refundable but re-bookable (Bad weather conditions must be announced by the management) with no re-booking fee.

  • Due to weather conditions outside the area of Lakawon, the reservation is non-refundable but re-bookable. A re-booking fee will be charged

“Shortened stays” & “No Shows” for confirmed bookings will not be refunded.

For group or corporate booking, a cancellation can be confirmed with the resort reservations by the authorized representative of the group or by the person who made the reservation

Force Majeure

Lakawon Islands Resort and Spa shall not be held liable for cancellation of bookings and shortened stays because of force majeure or conditions beyond the Resort’s control, which include floods, earthquakes, explosions, fire, civil disobedience, war, labor disputes, or delays of third parties. The Resort must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform obligations or arrangements.
